Adam and I went to the Maker Faire in San Mateo on Saturday. I'm not very good at actually taking pictures of interesting things when we're out and about... But, here you see a photograph of a portrait by Drawbot.
This was my first Maker Faire. I spent most of my time wandering around the Craft section and sitting at Joe's table (in the Make section), where I played his self-published Atari game, SCSIcide. It's quite an addictive game.
At the Craft section, I met Narumi Ogawa, designer from L.A.. I was drawn to Ms. Ogawa's table because I recognized this bunny... (I'm pretty obsessed with the bunny, actually. I want to make it for a new addition to my aunt's family.)
Also, right after the doors were open to guests, a line of cupcakes sped past. They looked like they were having fun...
