Slowly taking over the library...

My yarn shelves My yarn shelves 2 My yarn shelves 3

While I put together the pattern for my cable-edged bib and a project notes for a random project I started and finished this weekend, I just wanted to quickly post a couple of (decidedly, not so great) photos of my yarn.

Yup. My yarns are taking over our small office (which I like to call the library), aka my craft room. This weekend, I quickly shifted around some books to make more room on a third shelf for more of my yarn stash. This isn't really that easy a thing, considering our books are stacked on the shelves 2-3 deep for the most part. But, I really wanted to get more of my yarn out of bags and off the floor. Still, this isn't all of my yarn. I do have a couple more bins (of kidsilk haze and summer tweed) and baskets with yarns that are currently being used. And, I also have a few spools on top of the bookshelf itself.
