yesterday, Erica came over to make Spam Musubi:
our plan, initially, was to make these and picnic in Delores Park. but, really, it was a very warm and sunny day; the park was packed. instead, we ate our snack (while sitting on our brand new couch) and then later walked down for ice-cream at Bi-Rite Creamery. my current favorite is their orange cardamom ice cream!

it was delicious! and lots of fun to make. i can't wait to make more; Thanksgiving is just around the corner, right? ;D
