the beginnings of holiday cheer

i know i know; it's many months away yet. but this year, Adam and i are actually planning to be in Philly in early December. so, although, i've been knitting away at my tangled yoke cardigan, i've also started thinking of small projects for family.

today i noticed Jared Flood aka b r o o k l y n t w e e d popping up in my rss feeds... a quick scroll-through and i have gift ideas for my parents: Mom gets Porom and Dad gets Thorpe.

it's so exciting to plan gifts! i can't wait to start—after i finish my tangled yoke cardigan, of course.

Tangled yoke, before much tangling
the bobbles are too cute...

happy knitting!!!

Hmmmm. I might want to think of that, but I'm feeling so swamped. Little projects, little projects.
