there was a spot of sunlight this weekend, so Adam and i took the chance to wander around the city and stretch our legs a bit. along a side street, we found this:

after i took that picture, my hands slipped and i took another:
disorienting.
i knitted quite a bit this weekend: finished off the kidsilk haze pullover, knitted more of the chunky sweater vest, and began a baby vest in tweed stripes for a newborn cousin. otherwise, it was a quiet weekend.
